Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the treatment safe for my plants and pets?
Yes. It is USA-made, eco friendly — effective on moss without damaging plants, lawns, shingles, ornamentals, or anything else in your yard. Based on our 25 years treating roofs and testing different products, it is the safest and most effective moss treatment we have found. The active ingredient is potassium soap salts.
How long does a roof cleaning last?
With our treatment — and an optional maintenance plan — far longer than a one-time scrub. The goal is to keep moss from re-establishing, not just knock it back for a season. Roofs should be treated once per year.
Do you repair roofs too, or just clean them?
Both. Every cleaning includes a full inspection, and we handle the repairs we find so small issues do not turn into expensive ones.
What do I get after the job is done?
A full report with photos, emailed directly to you. Documented that the job has been done and stored in our system with your own file. We send you a reminder once per year as a reminder when your roof maintenance is due.
