Absolute excellence, This company restores my faith in the American business model. I've had a lot of different companies come out to work on my place through the years and none of them lived up to what they said they were going to do. Give me my money that the usual model. What happened to taken pride in your work apposed to how fast can I get in and out and get my money. I'm harping on this because JNR to me by surprise

Employees Thomas and Gabe are experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, practical, and personable as well! They get right to work cleaning the roof and gutters (and with their ladders, the homeowner doesn't even need to be present). They take "before and after" pictures, sent to you by email the same day, which show how much their good work was really needed.

Jesse was quick to provide an estimate, took the time to answer all my questions, scheduled around my needs, and sent a capable and friendly worker who did a great job - including cleaning up the debris. I am very impressed with JNR Industries and intend to continue doing business with them.

My roof was a mess! It is sparkling clean now. I was surprised that even in Oregon's crazy weather this year, JNR Industries was able to remove all the moss and tree debris in two visits. The owner and employee who did the work are friendly honest people. I highly recommend this service.

I have worked with Jesse and his team at JNR on multiple occasions and I always find myself impressed not only with the quality of work they do but their honesty and professionalism as well. Jesse is very prompt to return messages, and is clear and straight forward in his response to questions and concerns.

I received quotes from several area businesses, including those without a CCB license. Jesse and JNR Industries offered a greater level of service at a better price when comparing other companies. Having a licensed contractor perform work was also very important to me, but I wanted to compare quotes from both types of contractors. JNR's quote was more than fair, the responsiveness to email requests, as well as respecting my irregular work hours, and the quality of the work are nothing less than stellar. JNR also offers tree trimming for those branches that pose a threat to your roof, something many roofing contractors do not. My roof looks as good as it did the day it was installed and the surrounding outside areas looked undisturbed, and in fact, cleaner than when I left my house prior to the work being done! Having done a variety of work to the property since I purchased it, I can say the JNR offers so much more for a more than competitive price!

We had a really positive experience with JNR. The bid was reasonable and he got back to us quickly (via email and phone) which was great. Another place we looked at took over a week to return any information to us. Jesse sent Tom for the two day cleaning. Tom's great, easy going, and explained everything he was going to do (and did) which was greatly appreciated. The roof and gutter look like they did 11 years ago when we first bought the place. He even took care of a lot of the flashing that had come loose.

Overall, a great experience.

JNR gave me a fair bid with honest recommendations. Today they applied treatment to the roof, cleaned gutters and trimmed trees. They cleaned up so thoroughly that the only reason I knew they had been there was by the tree branches in the yard debris can. I would highly recommend JNR for you roofing needs.

Jnr did a wonderful job inspecting and repairing our room. He was very thorough in explaining what he was doing, why and the results. He provided pictures of items that needed repair...both before and after. He provided a detailed estimate of charges and potential charges if any issues were found. Overall very pleased with the service.

JNR did a great job of removing moss from our roof, at an excellent price. We live in a tall Victorian and had considerable moss build-up on parts of the roof, and minor moss on a couple of other parts. In a matter of hours, JNR had removed all the moss and cleaned the shingles. I especially appreciated the “before” and “after” photos they took so I could view their work, including on the really tall parts of the roof I’d never seen before. I know I certainly got my money’s worth, and got to meet a couple of very friendly and competent young men in the process. Highly recommended!

Excellent work - very quick and efficient. The gutters looked great after they were cleaned and they removed all the trash and waste after they were done. I really liked the photos they sent us of the cleaned gutters after they were done. It's hard to get up on the roof to check it otherwise!

Jesse of JNR Industries has done great work for me. I have had two jobs done and each time he was terrific. The first job was to clean and treat my roof. After the cleaning the roof looked new. While cleaning, Jesse noticed a problem with a few of my vents. He took pictures to show me. Yep, they needed repair. I had him come back a few days later and quickly took care of the problem. His work is professional, licensed, friendly and affordable. He has my highest recommendation.

As an elected officer of a local Portland church, I can say working with JNR was easy and expedient. Churches often run into issues with contractors taking advantage of their congregation and a potential lack of knowledge, fortunately our congregation is home to several contractors who know the bidding process. On top of removing moss on a 12:12 pitch which is not only difficult but extremely dangerous, one of the reasons it was contracted out, he also caught shingle damage we experienced last winter and was able to repair it for us at a very reasonable cost. The results were beautiful.

JNR's bid was within expectation, the work was done quickly and we plan on keeping his number in our books for all future work.
