Customonster – Businesses beware! Too funny so I had to post. I rarely run into customers like this but I do remember when I was a startup.

U – Unable to get back with a business about payment
S – Stuck on stupid
T – Takes time away from your good customers
O – Outrageous
M – Makes your employees cry
O – Overpowers the conversation and talks down to you
N – Nags about every detail
S – States they will contact the BBB if they dont get what they want
T – Takes advantage of younger people and young businesses
E – Equal to a bully
R – Requires things for free up front
