I will beat any price for roof cleaning as long as the other company is on the same playing field that I am on. A company must have three things to be legal. They are a CCB#, workers comp insurance, and license with the department of agriculture for the treatment. Its very simply put, if you hire a fly by night unlicensed company to clean your roof you are liable for any problems, like if someone falls off your roof you will lose more then just your house most likely.
