taking care of the leak hazards are just as important as removing the moss. My pipe jacks are a 20 year warranty. Just becaue you dont notice any leaks doesnt mean the roof is not leaking. I give a full inspection with every roof cleaning or gutter cleaning job with pictures taken of anything I notice so you know Im being honest.
