Jnr Industries is a two man operation and the owner is on all jobs working. We are both equiped with a roof sealant caulking gun, sealing any top nails, flashing or areas that need sealant. There is more to just removing the moss for your roof maintenance. Portland Oregon does get a lot of moss, but we want to make sure your roof is water tight and working like it should. We take pictures of all work completed and any issues that need to be dealt with. Top nails will leak if they are not sealed. Top nail sealing is included free with roof cleaning. Also, we do a great job with the cleanup.
